These guys, formally known as Millennium Architecture, didn’t want their work to hark back to the dawn of the 21st century.
They wanted a modern brand that represented their creative yet practical approach to architectural design. Several names were presented but they liked the edginess of AZero – a reference to the size of a blueprint (A0), the plan all building begins with. We paired the new name with ‘Essential Architecture’ which sums up this practice’s approach to architectural design perfectly. Their focus is on design, clarity and a streamlined process. They eliminate what’s not – chance, the unknown and unwanted cost.
When it came to design, it was important the logo had weight on the page, so any architectural plans were firmly underpinned by the brand. Blue is another subtle reference to the blueprint with a gradient across the logo providing some interest.
We have launched the brand with e-mail communications, social media, a landing page, new signage and sharp new stationery. We’re looking forward to continuing to work with AZero including launching a new website featuring their latest designs.
